• No sale, no fee.

We structure our fees to match your sales process. You’ll only be invoiced upon the successful sale of a property we’ve referred, at a rate of 0.25% of the achieved sale price (plus VAT), payable on completion. No sale, no fee.

  • Control

Your success is in your own hands. We’ll share your pitch with the vendor, and if they’re interested, they’ll ask us to release their details. Once we do, our referral fee will become payable upon the sale completing.

  • Competition!

Your competitors will very likely sign up to win your vendors' business. Make sure you’re in the running for theirs too—pitch your agency now to maximise your chances when their current agency contract ends.

FAQs

Will I get access to all vendors in my area?

No, only if they like the sound of your pitch.

What's included in my pitch?

We have built a template for you to populate with prefixed items including your logo, a short introduction (150 characters), your review of the current marketing, your pitch, video pitch (optional) and links to your Trustpilot account. You can also include your fees and proposed contract length.

Why do you character limit my pitch?

A few reasons. We want to make it fair for all agents. By having a character limit on your pitch, everyone has the same opportunity to get their point across. It's up to you to grab the attention of the buyers within the set limits.

When do I need to pay Switch My Agent?

We will be in regular contact with the vendor and will monitor progress through to completion. We will invoice for our referral fee within 72 hours of completion. The invoice should be paid within 14 days of receipt.

Will I find out if one of my vendors registers?

No. We filter requests in order to protect the vendors' identity. If they are thinking about switching, it is up to you to communicate with them to find out why.

Do I still owe a fee if I'm disinstructed?

No. If you don't sell the property, you do not need to pay us anything.

What happens if I win the business?

First of all, congratulations. We track all referrals and carefully monitor if agents list the vendor's property within 6 months of our referral. If the agent does list the property, our fee would be payable upon completion.

Can a vendor request a pitch if their house isn't already on the market?

Yes, absolutely. If a vendor completes our registration process, and it matches your patch, you will receive a notification email inviting you to pitch.

What happens if I've already pitched to this vendor?

If you originally pitched to the vendor when they first listed, that would not be taken into account for our process. Once a vendor completes our registration form, they are choosing to engage with our platform to receive new pitches. As your initial approach did not result in an instruction at the time, and the vendor has not since returned to you directly, any decision to appoint your agency now would be based on our referral. In this case, our referral fee would therefore apply.

I pitched, but I didn't hear anything back.

This is because the vendor has either chosen another agency, decided to stick with their current agent, or to remove their property from the market altogether.
